I have prior experience with word, power-point, and excel. Started in middle school creating power points for projects and also i-movies. The past summer I had to give a power point presentation to the class. Teaching one of the chapters from the book. I also used the digital camera during my presentation.
I hope to learn how to use technology in a meaningful way, to help students learn. Learning the ins and out of technology. How to make it something that the students enjoy and can benefit from.
I am more REF then ACT, i think about the information quietly first before talking about it to others. I am more of a sensitive learner, in that i like to learn facts and am more practical. I am a visual learner. I learned best when i see graphs are pictures that explain the concepts are what is being taught. Also am more of global learner, where i need to see the big picture to understand the little detail.
